Plum Creek Conservation District will hold its Regular Scheduled Meeting April 15th, 2014.  The Meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the conference room of the NEW PCCD office located at 1101 West San Antonio Street Lockhart, TX.  78644 Matters discussed and actions taken will be pursuant to powers granted the District as a Water Control and Improvement District pursuant to Chapters 49 and 51 of the Texas Water Code and as a Groundwater Conservation District pursuant to Chapters 49 and 36 of the Texas Water Code.
